CAITLIN WEIL
President
As the youngest of Chris and Pat Weil’s three children, Caitlin has been part of the Foundation since 2002. Her own professional path wasn't a straight line; it took her from project management in the software world at Dantz Development to the New Media advertising at Dentsu. In 2009, she started at the family’s financial firm, Christopher Weil & Company, Inc. in a handful of positions including property management and social media marketing. Most recently, in 2023, she and her brother Matthew took a leap of faith together to launch our own asset management company.
She is a proud UC Berkeley alumna with a degree in Anthropology and English. She and her husband have two children; one graduated from McGill University in Montréal with a degree in Linguistics and the youngest is currently a Math major at UCSD.
