Kit has worked for her family's wealth management firm, Christopher Weil & Company, Inc. since 1990. From client services to corporate development to human resources, trading, and compliance, Kit's thirty years with the firm has continuously evolved; she is now one of six Principals that implement the continuously evolving vision of CWC’s President & CEO, John Wells, while continuing to honor the entrepreneurial and irrepressible nature of the founder (and Chairman) Chris Weil. Kit currently serves as CWC's Culture & Communications Officer.
Kit has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science (with a minor in Philosophy) from the University of Redlands. She is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative and a former FINRA-registered securities principal. Along with her husband John (the President & CEO of CWC), she lives in Del Mar. They visit Chicago, Illinois (where their daughter and her partner live) and Durango, Colorado (where their son and daughter-in-law live) as often as time and resources permit. Kit is a certified yoga instructor, a junky cinephile, and a grateful traveler.
